I have purchased one night stay for this hospital through one of those online blind purchase. I ended up paying 72 dollars (58 before tax) for this hotel, and I should say this was a vast success.
It was a free parking with ample spots. The receptionists were very nice. Room was clean on the 10th floor. On top of that fitness center was very night with TV-attached cardio with water and apple in the room. So I have no problem giving 5 stars to the room.
Now the restaurant (Regatta Bar and Grill) was a different story. Had burger which was mediocre. Patty was cold already. crab chowder was... well... crap. The only thing that stood out was the bartender who served me. He was very nice, kind and attentive.
So overall, this place is definitely a place to stay even if you have to pay more than I paid. You can skip the meal though.
