i have mixed feelings about this place. In the words of my boyfriend "This place is like going back in time"
The whole interior is very retro 1970's vibe. But you can tell they have recent renovations done to the place. For starters the screens and lane pin pads are all touch screen and clearly stand out.
There seems to be a deal every day of the week. I came in on a Sunday and it was half price bowling for an hour and about $3 for shoes. Came to $8 total a person. I think I saw that Tuesday is a $5.99 for 2 games. The deals are all different for every day.
The problem I had with this place was that the bowling balls had fingers holes that were really small. I broke my nail which was covered in gel nail polish. It just cracked and peeled horrible. It wasn't just me, my boyfriend found his thumb to be sore too. I suggest to spend some time looking for a proper ball for you.
The staff here were friendly enough and helpful when our balls got stuck in the lane.
I never tried the food so I can't comment on that.
They do serve alcohol if you want to get tipsy and bowl.
Overall I would come back if I was in the area and my friends were interested But I would not seek this place out.
Finding this place is kind of hard the first time since it's in a dark plaza on yonge st. But there is a ton of parking so no worries there.
