I would like to give zero stars but the posting form will not allow it. My experience with CMP Auto was one I never wish to repeat. They were smiling and nice to me until they got my money. After that, no one would return my calls when I wanted to ask a simple question. Following that, one of 4 wheels that they had installed fell off while the car was being driven within 3 weeks of the purchase. Upon being requested to take responsibility, the management demonstrated arrogance, evasiveness and some bullying behaviors worthy of a collection agency - in spite of the fact that another GM dealership who examined the damaged vehicle said there was a torquing problem with CMP's installation. GM customer service was ineffectual. Even the so-called GM ambassador was useless and evasive. Not a nice experience. No more GM products for me! Avoid this dealership.
I'm editing this review (originally published June 28, 2011) to let everyone know that the apparent interest in my past problem shown by the Manager per the note he published means nothing. When the problems were occurring, back in February 2011 there was ZERO interest or compassion demonstrated by anyone at CMP or GM. It seems to me that nothing has changed - it is just a bit of rear end covering for public consumption upon seeing my review. I'm sticking to Honda or Toyota from now on. Also - check out the 2 filtered reviews. I'm not the only unhappy camper.
