  • I have been going to Luxe since they opened. I LOVE my Stylist which is the only reason why I drag myself into that hell hole. Stormy is the best. She has a gift with color and I get an amazing amount of compliments. For the first two years it was pretty good. I used a lot of their services and was always really happy. They were a little pricey but the service and the way my hair looked... it was worth every dollar! Well, The past year HR must have had some issues with hiring people with decent customer service skills. If you are going into a salon and dropping $200 for a hair cut and highlight and then another $50 for products you would think that the service would be exceptional...Right? My last hair appt I was 10 minutes late. My normal stylist was on vacation so I braved it with a new gal, Jody. I walk in the door and Miss Snotty at the front desk tells me to take a seat. I sit for about 5 minutes waiting for the stylist when snot face comes over to tell me I might have to reschedule since I am SOOO late but she will see if they can "TRY" to do something. Really... Really?? 10 minutes. It turned into 15 because I sat hear waiting. I have had to wait 10-20 minutes before when they ran late and I have never complained. I asked her if it was ok if I just had her highlight only or maybe she could just cut it? After all I had waited an entire week just to get in the door. She rolled her eyes and walked back into the other room. Less than 2 seconds she strolls her 18 year-old crappy attitude back my way and tells me to follow her. I sat down in the chair and Jodi got to work. She was nice and helpful not at all like the front desk gals. About 20 min's in. The queen of the snots, Lauren, rolls over and says...." OW this is so in so who was 10 minutes late? UM.... yeah.... this has really caused a big back up." Her tone and mannerism was like the female verson of Bill Lumbergh in the movie office space. She spoke the words " big back up'... in my face slowly... as if I was unable to speak any English or even comprehend the "big words" she was using. I sat through the rest of it while Bill "Lauren" Lumbergh came over 2 more times to talk to me about being late. Check out was just as rough with the two Junior High twins rolling there eyes and looking at me like I was a homeless begger who should be extremely happy with the fact that they were taking my money and allowing me to breath the same air. After years of dedication I think it is time for me to move on!
