| - I don't vape on the regular, but I have lots of friends who vape so I'm quite familiar with this place and the products offered in the vaping community. When I started dating my boyfriend a little over three months ago, he was a heavy smoker. He was able to transition from smoking cigarettes to vaping, thanks to the personal help for Adam at TruVape. My boyfriend said to me, "where can we go, where I can just tell the person exactly what I want, and it'll give me the big clouds I'm looking for?" I knew instantly to take us to TruVape. All my friends who vape rave on about the place, so I had to trust them.
Adam was extremely helpful, very personable and knowledgable about all the million juices they have available and all the different modes, boxes, and all the extra gadgets to make your vape just how you want it. My boyfriend was looking for something new, tank, something you don't have to dip constantly, but will provide some thick clouds. Adam was able to get us a really good package deal for a Snow Wolf 200W Box Mod, a 120ml thing of juice at 3% nicotine, and some other stuff for the vape (I don't know the exact name but it's the heads where the coils are?) all for a little under $200.
The juice flavor was awesome, and even better than it comes in such a large bottle and not the little ones. Adam set the whole thing up for my boyfriend and we were able to walk out of there, cigarettes free.
The atmosphere of the place is very chill and laid back, they have hip hop music playing, occasionally a movie will be playing in the background on the large screen tvs. They have big comfy couches for people to chill and hang on, or for people like to who have no idea whats going on and are just waiting lol to just sit, relax, and wait. Very clean establishment, which is really good cause they are in Chinatown and we all know how Chinatown can get. They even have a mod building station so people can buy their stuff and build the things themselves. Presentation of all the stock is always well kept and organized, which makes everything even more presentable. And what I did notice, is that every associate working there really takes their time with each customer. Every time we've been there, I've never felt rushed, even if there were other people waiting to be assisted. Each associate really listens to the customers wants and provides as many sample tries of the juices until the right one is found. I can always appreciate an establishment that takes their time with the customer. It provides for more loyal customers and a great customer relationship with each person that walks in their door.
