  • purchased a large snowcone and not even 10 minutes of me having it i dropped it and went back showed them i dropped it and they had no sympathy for me made me pay for a new one not even a discount off. I did not mind paying but it wasnt even 10 minutes of me having it and i even tipped 3 dollars just very disappointed with their customer service.
