  • Never even made it to the office. Tried to schedule appointment 3 times. Was denied once, then made appointment for about a 2 weeks out. The Friday before was told by office that my appointment couldn't be done. Was then pushed out a whole month. Waited a month for this appointment, then called today... day before my appointment, they tell me I was pulled off the schedule for no reason and that I would either have to wait for someone to cancel and come in last min or wait another whole month for an actual appointment. Kinda sad had high hope for this highly rated dentist by my house. But with the true lack of customer service and help. I need to give this 1 stars, there was no need to give me the run around. Now I need to find a new dentist. Might be a good place if you can get in... but I will never know.
