rev:text	I gave this dealership one star because zero stars is not an option. I called their service department and was transferred nine times and each time I got disconnected I left a message for the dealer manager and surprise no return call. Luckily for me I just got the survey about my new car. Can't wait to fill it out! I wish I never went to this dealership I should've went to friendly ford. Do not take your car for service they destroyed my mercury and caused to have an oil leak. Go a little further to friendly ford you will have a much better experience avoid avoid avoid this place
