  • Went here for the first time with my boyfriend and his family, we came an two hours before closing and you could tell they were super annoyed that we were even there. It took 15 damn minutes for the guy to even speak to us. Once we finally did get everything we needed, we told us "go to 2" we've never been here so we walked though the door and went where we saw a big 2. After we got set up he came in and said "I said two, u guys need to move". And left. Confused, we finally figured out he meant room 1 slot two. So after wasting that time we moved and finally began. 25 min before closing he kicked us out. Overall this guy (big w muscles obviously thinks he's someone who's shit doesn't stink) was the rudest person I have ever met. I get it's a gun range and he u need be serious but that's no excuse to be rude, never will I ever give this company my business because of one awful employee who ruined my experience and family occasion. He should be fired.
