  • I wish I could give this place no stars. We talked to a promoter since Wednesday to reserve a table for my friends birthday. He got all of our guests names and manager even threw in a free bottle of champagne for the bday girl. As soon as guests arrived, some arrived earlier, said her name at the door and no table was reserved! We spoke to a "Matthew Martinez" and they said no "Matthew" even worked there. Then to correct the situation, they offered a table with 3 bottles for $750! I'm not going to spend money for a table that is more than my car payment when they messed up the whole situation. They also offered a table for $250; however, that table happened to be outside and it happened to be raining. I do say the music is okay. Its hip hop and they deliver but as far as customer service, lame! We should've known as this place has changed its name three times to get new customers in but they never change anything else and their customer service obviously needs to be changed . horrible. I'm sure it won't be long until they change their name again.
