rev:text	I wish I could give zero stars! I would never ever let these guys into my home again! And I will tell anyone who ever hears me to stay stay away from them! We lost power to part of our home and our warranty company sent them out to fix it. After he flipped the breaker on the power came on. Then after just half an hour the repair guy concluded there was nothing wrong except that our house wasn't grounded and that we needed to have a grounding rod put into the ground. Our warranty company of course denied the claim as it is not covered. Guess what!!!!?????? Our power went out again a day later. When we called our warranty company they said that Allstate told them the reason it was out was because we needed to get that grounding rod installed and that we needed to call Allstate electric. I begged the warranty company to do a recall and ask them to make sure the grounding rod was really the problem and they did. A "new guy" was sent from Allstate to check again to see if it is was perhaps a light fixture or the outlet that we saw a spark come from at the time of the outage. I wanted to make sure we weren't about to spend $570 (Allstates bid) To put in the grounding rod if it was really just a plug or bad light fixture causing the outage!!!! This "new guy" got here late! He was supposed to be here between 1-3 and at 3:05 I was on the phone to ask where he was as I saw him finally drive past over and over 3 times before he stopped! He spent almost two hours looking for the problem. I told him about the outlet we had seen sparks come from he stuck a meter in the socket and said nope this is fine you have power here. He checked the light fixture and nothing wrong there. When I said the guy they sent Tuesday said it was a grounding rod we needed he said and I quote, "Well that was a stupid diagnosis!" After two hours he decided that it was a GFI button that was popped and we just hadn't found it yet. He said I checked all the ones you know about. So it must be in your garage. I told him yes we only have one In there and he checked both outlets one had a GFI and one didn't. He said nope you need to start moving all this stored stuff it's hidden in here somewhere and your must have forgotten about it! I was in shock the "other guy" had said I needed a $570 Grounding Rod put in and now this "new guy" is telling me it's a GFI that popped I never knew existed in my house that I've lived in for 6 years!!!!???? I paid him and he left he said when you find it you will feel stupid but don't worry this happens all the time you'll find it and get your power back on! Well at the tail end of him leaving my husband came home and said hi to the guy asked him all the questions I had asked him and said to me hey that's the same guy that was here Tuesday! I was like no he's different he said that other guy gave us a stupid diagnosis! It's not him! Well after the "new guy" left we looked at the invoice from the first visit (he did not leave the second invoice after I signed it he never gave me my Copy)! It was the same exact guy!!!!!! That had been in our house two days earlier!!!!!! He didn't remember he was the guy that gave the "Stupid diagnosis"!!!!!!! Well we ripped apart our house and there was no GFI!!! Still no power!!!!!!! So our neighbors wife heard about this and told her husband who is a commercial electrician he came by and straight away said you are not only grounded and don't need a grounding Rod but the problem is this outlet you said you saw a spark come from and its fried! He pulled it out and put in a new one that cost $1.99 at Lowes and POOF POWER!!!! That "new guy" was insane this company is disgusting!!!! What if I had paid them $570!!!!!! To put in something I never needed!!!! They are total crooks!!!!!!! WOW!!!!!!!!!!! Just got an email that said the repair this "new guy" did to our light fixture was approved! WHAT!!!?????? He did no repairs whatsoever he did not fix our light fixture he said nothing was wrong with it! So he left my house and what told my warranty company he did!!!!??? I just didn't think this could get any worse!!! But it has!
