rev:text	This apartment complex is pretty awful. The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors at all hours of the day, even ones from across the walking paths. I had a major cockroach problem for months that they had to bomb my unit twice in order to take care of it. The maintenance people never followed through on what they said they'd do. My hot water heater went out and it was replaced in a timely manner, but then they left the old heater sitting on my patio for a few days after they said they'd pick it up that afternoon. The grounds were barely ever kept up on the back end of the complex where I lived. No one picked up after their pets. On move out, I did an inspection with the head of maintenance who said my unit was the best kept he'd ever seen and he was only going to suggest the normal cleaning fees for my unit. I received a final bill charging me for drywall damage repair for a 2 inch by 2 inch hole that I had never seen before but there's no way for me to prove it so I got screwed out of some money there. When I turned in my notice, I was given an amount to pay for my final month's rent and then was told that amount was incorrect and had to pay more after I had already paid the original amount I was told. And then, even with all the problems I had and having never paid rent late at all, they still tried to raise my rent by about $100 per month. This place is awful and there are too many units (almost 900!) for them to keep straight. Avoid it at all costs!
