  • I went with Sunshine movers my last move and they were awesome just a little more expensive for what I needed done. That being said, I had high expectations for Umbrella and the Yelp reviews were all fantastic so I wanted to try them. Everything was great, the only downside is they don't have their own moving truck but they rent one for you on your behalf. There was a wait to rent a Uhaul and this caused them to arrive at my door about 30 min late. I did appreciate the phone call from the office letting me know about the situation ahead of time. I only had a few big pieces of furniture so two guys were fine. I'm not going to lie, I didn't think one of the two would be able to lift but OMG!, he proved me wrong. He was navigating and lifting and even explained to me how I could tell other movers how to navigate a few items through my oddly shaped doorway/pillar entry in the future. Nothing was damaged and the guys worked diligently. There were a few things that made it on the truck that weren't supposed to be there and my mistake for not catching it before it was loaded, but they didn't even hesitate to untie and move the items out. Additionally, I did have a few more items at my mom's house so actually having the Uhaul in my possession for the remainder of the time came in handy. The manager at Umbrella was nice enough to help accommodate this and pick up the movers leaving me with the vehicle. Thanks for that!!! All in all, great customer service, I def recommend Umbrella!
