  • I can't believe this place is still in business. My wife and I went to Westcoast Kids in Beacon Heights (the north store) to look for a second stroller. We were standing around for many minutes and a few sales ladies walked right past us without offering any help. One older lady standing by the computer in the stroller section had a "I can't be bothered" look. For such a supposedly "high end" store, I feel there's better customer service at Wal-Mart. The only thing that's preventing me from giving this store one star is that the greeter at the door (Asian girl) when we came in was very nice.
