  • My sister sent my son flowers for turning 6 month. She ordered them on a third party website the uses Carmel Florist as their florist. When the flowers arrived I sent a picture of them to my sister. She immediately called me. She was very upset at the flowers I received. They looked nothing like the flowers that were ordered. Pictures below (you be the judge). She called Carmel Florist to see what happened and the lady (not going to mention her name) on the phone said that if they don't have the flowers they can send something comparable. Did you see the pictures below what is comparable about them. Where is the balloon, hat streamers, etc. I think they need to rethink how they compare flowers. Then the lady just decided to hang up on her. She called back and the lady told her she was busy and didn't have time for complaints. They need way better customer service. I have never used them and now I never will. Please be advised when ordering from third party florist that they don't use Carmel Florist.
