  • This place might have slightly cheaper propane to draw new clients in but the service is absolutely the worst ever, they never deliver on time, they have a third party phone team that has no clue. They can't look anything up and can simply take your information and claim to put a request in for a fill but that only happens maybe half the time. You have to call back 3 or 4 times after two weeks to get someone to come out. You can't get anyone from thrifty to call you back regardless of how many messages or online requests you make. It's a non stop game, don't let your tank get to low before calling them because you'll have no clue when they may or may not show up to fill your tank. Cheap isn't always better. Lesson learned
