I am only giving 2 stars because the first half of my appt was nice but it ended horribly.
I was first helped by one woman I don't remember name but I am pretty sure she was either the owner or a manager. She was very nice, looked over pictures I had brought in, explained the layout of the store and helped me pick out dresses. She was very helpful. I did have an appointment but there were a few people already there so I feel like the consultants were maxed out on availability to help all the brides.
The first woman helped me so much with trying on dresses. There were a couple dresses that were too small so she laced it a little open so I could at least get the idea from the front.
Halfway through the appointment my consultant switched to another woman. The first dress we tried on was an 18 ( I normally wear a 12). When I got on the pedestal I commented that the dress made me look very hip - py but I realized it was because of the excess material ( I could hold extra material in my hands on both sides), and she rudely said no this is the size you should have. Another dress - my mom had seen on a mannequin when we first came in and although it was not my size the first consultant I had said we could make it work to try it on and see how it would look. After I had been switched to the other consultant, she told me I would not fit it and to just hold it in front of me (which obviously is a horrible way to see how a dress will look and fit).
After being told multiple times that the dresses I liked or wanted to try on were too small or that I would not fit into them I had had enough. Not once did she try to help by grabbing other dresses that would work or offering to have me try something different.
I wouldn't recommend this place until all the consultants get on the same page about customer service.
