rev:text	Honestly died and went to heaven when I ate here. I am a frequent visitor to Vegas and was surprised to find this new place in the Venetian canals. Lobster rolls are one of those items that I'm constantly in search of the ultimate experience. Quite often I am disappointed Due to having generally high expectations. However this time I was not disappointed at all. The Service is fast and easy you order at the counter and take a number back to your table and once the meal is ready they bring it out. There are number of items to choose from several variations of the lobster roll and several additional side items such as lobster and macaroni cheese and a lobster cheese melts and also lobster bisque and clam chowder. I ordered the lobster roll with truffle butter and coriander and the fries with the clam chowder topping and bacon. It also came with a small coleslaw on the side. The lobster roll includes a full pound of lobster. It was fresh it was tasty and it was delicious. The truffle butter was succulent and rich but amazingly what made it great was the bun which was slightly toasted and the perfect consistency. The fries with the clam chowder and bacon are a whole different world of pleasure I can't recommend them enough. Absolutely mouthwateringly delicious. The food came out promptly and the portion was ample. The price was aligned with expectation given the location and the fact that you're eating lobster. My meal for the upgraded lobster roll and the upgraded fries along with a soda was $26 with tax. If you're in Las Vegas stop what you doing and going to eat here now.
