The food was tasty. The atmosphere OK. Price was reasonable. The Gyro platter was good. I thought the sauce was a little bland (could have used more dill and seasoning). The feta fries were good. Food easily deserved 3 1/2 or 4 stars.
Customer service pulled them down a star. The reason: When they were taking my order, they asked how many were in my party (I was alone) and they told me to sit at a 2 person table (a reasonable request since they were almost full (a testimony to their good food), but when I finished placing my order, only a 4 place table was available (someone had sat down at the place they had pointed out to me). The only table left was the 4 place table, so I sat there (outside was too hot). When my food came out, they were clearing a recently vacant 2 seat table and put my food there, and motioned me to re-seat myself. I felt they could have handled moving me a little better then to put my food at another table. If they had asked me 1st, it wouldn't have been an issue, but somehow the way it played out without a polite exchange of communications made me feel there was an underlying lack of customer commitment. I will go back, because the food was good, but hope this review will help them sharpen their customer communications skills.
