  • The people here are rude. I only had two people here be nice to me but ultimately only the one of the two actually helped me, that's out of at least a dozen employees. The big problem here is bad, ants and spiders in the valet area garden and main entrance where you sit. Tried to overlook it but now I see cockroaches inside the lobby area around "elevators to pool level & floors 52-64".
