  • Customer Service was above & beyond. Came looking for a wallet & took forever to decide & the SA was very patient & acted as a personal stylist suggesting items based on my style. She had fun with it, you could tell she enjoys her job. However, i came in looking for a specific wallet & she went above & beyond to track it down & she found that the Prada inside Neiman Marcus at Fashion Show mall had it in stock & she said it could even be delivered to me in a few hours if i wanted for free. If she hadn't done so, i would of purchased a wallet at this location. I was blown away that she sacrificed the sale in order to ensure that i got what i truly wanted. I was so happy with my experience here that it made the price tag less painful lol.
