  • I would like to let every know that if you are planning on renting a home from Colony American Homes be prepared to lose all of your security deposit and recieve terrible customer service. I have rented from BRE, terrific! I have rented from Buffalo Management group, Terrific! This is the only rental company that I have ever had a problem with. Upon my move out I paid a professional company to come in and clean the home, paid a contractor to patch all the holes from pictures and decorations, and I was docked 1100 dollars for painting minor scuffs and patched holes in the walls. I am now having to fight this legally. What a hassle! Do not rent from them!!!!!
