  • I was hungry for a burger and onion rings and that was my mistake - the Portillo's burger was more than well done, it was hard as a brick and tasteless, and the onion rings were no better than I can get in the grocery store freezer. Next time, if there is one, I'll try something different. There has to be a reason this place is so popular - but you can't prove it by my experience
