  • Worst place ever. I bought a Duralast gold battery from Auto Zone a few years ago and went in to replace it. The attendant couldn't find my purchase in the system so I wasn't able to get the warranty for it. Either way I said it's ok just give me a new one and help me replace it. Attendant says no one can help me since they are busy and one of the store folks has a headache so he can't go outside. What kind of lies is that lol? I didn't buy the battery from them and this is the last time Auto zone will be my 1st preference for parts. It will always be my last preference from now on wards. Below Oreilly for sure. Perhaps the staff at this store just sucks.
