We are nearly finished with treatment of ringworm on Toby, Yitzee, Oscar. The owners refuse to claim responsibility. Not even a refund of the grooming that gave our pups ringworm. Do NOT go here.
UPDATE: We are now fighting RINGWORM on Toby, Yitzee AND Oscar, all groomed here. I called and they keep saying it's not their fault. Our vet begs to differ. CLEAN YOUR EQUIPMENT AFTER EACH AND EVERY GROOMING!!
Unfortunately after one year, we've encountered nicks on Toby, leaving him bleeding. They offered a free bathing which was appreciated but not used.
However, we are now fighting RINGWORM on Toby and Yitzee, who went in same time. 4 weeks now on Yitzee. 3 on Toby.
Our dogs are house dogs. No cats. No contact with dogs outside our home. This has turned into 3 medicated baths per week, oral medications, ringworm topical twice a day so far for 30 days.
When I called and spoke with owner's wife, she stated that they do have a medicated shampoo available. Ma'am. No disrespect; but, not a good time to be trying to sell us another service. I was simply calling you to let you know about the ringworm and the vet has narrowed it down to your business.
You've lost us and our dogs, which is saddening because we liked you. Don't lose more. Clean your brushes, combs and clippers after every single grooming. Check all animals for vaccinations too.
