  • I will never come here again. They advertise a $120 couples massage. I called this morning to confirm the price and told the lady it will be a great Christmas present. Then after driving 40 minutes to pick up the gift certificate the lady says, just so you know, starting in January we won't honor the certificate. She tried getting me to pay more. Total bait n switch! There's too many respectable companies out there so don't waste your time going to Oaks Spa in Rocky River.
