  • Cimarron and his team did a great job. We originally scheduled for an earlier date (when the big 70 mph gusts blew). They were delayed getting to our house due to the winds. Cimarron kept me updated with their progress on the jobs before mine. We ended up rescheduling because it just wasn't safe for his team to be on ladders with the crazy wind. I appreciated having updates and being told what was happening rather than just saying they were delayed. Honesty is always good! They cleaned our windows last Monday and did a fabulous job. They were courteous and wore covers for their shoes. I had them clean the tracks, Windows and screens. They were reasonably priced and could do it a whole lot faster than I could. We had 27 Windows! I will have them clean windows again for us.
