  • Ameriflow installed my original water softener 4 years ago. I never had an issue whatsoever and was very happy with my purchase. I started smelling a musty odor from water and did some research to find out water softeners need to be sanitized periodically! I never had service on the water softener before so called Ameriflow. The customer service person (Nicole) was totally amazing! She spent ample time on the phone with me explaining the water softener process and how it works. The technician, came on time, explained a few things about the system, sanitized it, added salt and got it up and working. Musty smell is gone and I have soft water again! I highly recommend this company on all levels: professionalism, pricing, knowledge and customer service.
