| - HORRIBLE! WORST PLACE EVER!
I was given a gift certificate for my birthday from a girlfriend who was a frequent regular for the past couple years.
I decided to go in and have a full set, and gel color done. Well the owners wife who did my nails (name i dont remember) was so rude, even after informing her was my 1st time in.
1st of all she didnt listen to me when I wanted my nails cut shorter after applying the false tips, she claimed they would end up the proper length after she finished applying acrylic, filing, and shaping. I prefer my nails to look as natural as possible, with the tip length slightly past the end of fingers.
2nd she rushed the nail process and when she went to shape them, I told her my pointer finger was crooked. She sat there and yelled (as i sat inbetween 2 regulars) saying its not crooked its my finger, and refused to reshape it.
3rd. Once she started painting the nails with gel, the color looked fine and then i realized when i went to put under the light she dodnt even color all the way to the cuticle so she mad my nails lookk as uf they were already grown out.
2nd attempted visit!
Went in for a gel color change on acrylic because the red i had done just didnt seem to want to stay without chipping on 3 of my fingers. I am a server so i get gel on acrylic so it lasts longer!
Walked in told then i needed a gel color change, picked out my color sat down and the lady started prepping the cotton ball with what i assumed to be acetone. I said "no acetone, i have acrylic" the lady goes yes i know this what you do as she proceeded to cap each finger with soaked cotton ball and tin foil. I thought was some new process but when the guy walked by i asked if he could check my nails because i had acrylic he goes "no, no you have full set" ding ding we have a winner. I then proceeded to wait 40minutes while a lady who came in way after me who wanted full french tip set got taken care of first, then a group of people who had been getting pedicures done got helped before me. Finally another technician comes over and said "you have gel change?" Yes i answered as she looked at my nails and said "they havent soaked then yet?" I said no they started to and messed then uo because i have acrylic nails on! She then proceeded to file my nails with the grinder and reshape to prep for nail color.
You think this being their job, they could listen and look in order to tell i had acrylic tips on!
They do great designs, but horrible service and rude to customers.
