I found the beginning of the experience to be frustrating and I'm still not clear on how it was supposed to work. We went in, discovered the order sheet, and sat down to figure it out. Then I got into what appeared to be a line but was really more like 20 confused people. I noticed "regulars" veering around the pack and placing their orders so I finally did the same, but I believe I was technically cutting in front of other guests. Who knows?
The portions were good and the price was right, but we won't be returning since it was a bit out of our way. Note from my hubby: don't combine the jerk chicken, pollo diablo, and jerk fried rice. Something about the combo just didn't sit right. Mighty spicy, though! Oh and the Snickerdoodle was delish; the chocolate chip cookie was a bit too dry.
