  • One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Emergency room was filthy, I didn't even feel comfortable sitting anywhere. But after 5 hours of waiting, I had to take a chance and sit. Not one person (in 5 hours) smiled at me, said they were sorry I wasn't feeling well or attempted in any way to make me feel comfortable. I tried to book my appointment online before I got there and was immediately called by the ER dept saying due to my symptoms, I should come in immediately instead. So I did. And then waited for 5 hours, and never even got any answers! I ended up walking out. That was 9 hours ago, and still no one has called to see what happened to me. I could be passed out in a hallway somewhere for all they know. I'm appalled. And now am having to drive to another place to try to get help.
