I have been to this firestone before when I needed a new tire for my car. The rep was so helpful and very nice. Recently, I came in the morning 5 mins before opening. At 7:00 am I asked the man at the desk; I needed help. I needed someone to check my tires because they were low and the tire light went on my car. The man looks at me and says "Oh really; your tire light is on?" I response and ask "could you at least check them or let me use the air pump.?" He ended saying ok..7:25 am he finally gets the air pump together; doesn't offer to help me nor the other man. I checked my own tire pressure and pumped air into them. I was fine doing it on my own but at least provide customer service. Felt like they criticize me because of what I was wearing. I was wearing sweats and a sweater. I was dropped off my sibling to work in downtown and was going home to change for work. Never have I felt so discriminated and criticized from anyone especially from a place that once was great. The one rep that originally helped me with my new tire was so nice. He wasn't there that morning. Firestone has disappointed me with their service. I'm a well educated women with just a simple request Be Humble to anyone that needs help no matter what gender they are, how they look, or how they are dress.
FYI those pictures are not how the business looks like.
