We have been with Hilton Grand Vacations for twenty years and we often trade through RCI for
other timeshare properties.
Our greeting at the front desk did not go well. Jennifer, the manager was way too aggressive.
Norma was our check-in and she was pleasant. She was in process of moving us closer to the pool when Jennifer intervened loudly stating, "that's where we put non-Worldmark owners."
We were also charged for the daily Internet and were denied a garage.
I called RCI and they were disappointed with this property. They explained that this property
is on the bottom tier as a Standard level. I normally get Gold or Silver Crown but there is a dearth of good timeshares in PHX.
Our unit backed up to South Mountain and there's plenty to see at dawn and dusk.
Everything was operational, the TVs are tiny and SD. The kitchen is fully equipped, but the unit is very plain. When you walk in the front door there's an ugly view of wires and cables and missing furniture.
This unit is quiet and easily accessible. There are no reading or ceiling lights in the main room, just a tiny table lamp. The appliances are standard.
