Coming from a long line of American muscle cars I was pretty clueless about how a luxury car should sound and feel while driving. After driving my car for a month I could just tell something was not right... I called them up and spoke to Charles and tried to describe what I was feeling when I drove the car... He knew exactly what I was talking about even over the phone. Sensing the concern I had for my newly purchased Mercedes, we scheduled an appointment for him to throw it under the scope and on the lift to see what was really going on. We took it for a spin and he knew right away it was a tranny mount from the vibration. He was so nice and informative about everything from start to finish. The detailed paperwork he gave me with all his findings made it extremely easy to take to the dealership I bought my car from so they could fix it.
