  • after being seated and waiting 10 minutes my husband had to go to the manager and let him know we were there. he did come over and appoligize and correct the situation. our waitress wasnt too friendly, not rude in any way, just didnt seem happy and approachable. she was attentive though. my food was meh. i got a western cheeseburger asked for medium well and ended up getting a burnt well done. waffle fries were good. my husband likes the place hes been there twice. he would return again. i on the other hand will not. the price for food is way to expensive. carls jr has pretty much the exact same burger for cheaper. atmosphere is stale. kids are allowed in but its not really kid friendly. kids cups are Styrofoam to go cups. there was also no music inside when we went.
