  • I cannot find the Matthews location on yelp, so I will vent here because I'm certain this is corporate policy.. I brought my daughter to Bounce U in Matthews on Saturday.. by the end of the day yesterday, I had FIVE spam emails from them. I had to digitally sign the "waiver" giving them my email address. Giant mistake. Give them a fake email address if you cannot sign a paper waiver with no email address because they will spam the sh*t out of you. I actually kinda liked the place for a kids party... but they lost me within forty eight hours.
