This is my first Yelp! review and likely will be my last, but I had such a pleasant experience at Sweet Nails that I couldn't help but to share it. I was on my way to study at Cafe Darak and figured I should get a quick manicure. I walked in, browsed the reasonable prices and decided on getting a gel manicure for my natural nails. It was my first time getting gel color, so I was pretty excited for color that wouldn't chip or smudge. The price point was also a plus! $30? Does it get better than that?
I settled on a light nude polish and waited for about 15 minutes before Twee got started on my nails. I was used to getting the moisturizer/hand massage first before color, so I was a little nervous when she put the color on and my hands were still dry and flaky. My fear was soon alleviated when she oiled up my cuticles and slathered on the moisturizer. Whew! At the end, I couldn't have been more pleased with how my nails were shaped and how fitting the polish looked. Must have been my lucky day, since I often have trouble nailing the perfect nude color for my skin tone. Thank you Twee for such affordable, beautiful and speedy service! Couldn't have asked for more! Will definitely be my go to place from now on.
