  • So slow. I keep thinking that it will get better with this team, but NO!!! Months of poor management and organization. So frustrating. No sense of urgency when it comes to making orders. The most basic orders take forever...UNREAL. Hands down one of the WORST and MISMANAGED Starbucks I've ever been to. Someone with a clue please come and manage this train wreck of a location. They are not even busy...now. I get waiting a bit when they are.
