While others that change their oil will always say don't go here, I do for convenience, it's what I pay for. I doubt the job performed based off of two things. The CSR had to have me repeat multiple times simple thing like my last name, phone number and address and at that there were mistakes he had to go over again. He put my psi at an incorrect amount that is not required for my tires. Thankfully I caught it and had him change it. However, his staff realized later and changed it after the fact. When I checked, my psi on every tire was different and all of the air caps were loose. Because of this I wonder if anything was performed correctly when changing the oil and applying not the filter, but then again, wouldn't you?
