  • We bought a pair of slippers that was found to have a manufacturer problem and tried to return them. They were brand new but we removed one tag with the price as they were a gift. All other tags were in tact. The staff was rude, would not take them back and offered no solution despite the clear manufacturer flaw. Do not shop at this place, cheap merchandise, poor customer service and they try to take advantage of consumers withe poor small print policy. Shop at you own risk with this place... I hope they close but not likely and they will continue to prey on consumers...
