I cannot say enough good things about this place. My wife and I had our first boxer 12 years ago. We brought Chloe in the day after we rescued her for an initial check up and have been coming back ever since. When Chloe finally succumbed to cancer in May they were there to help us get through this tough time. All the girls sent a beautiful card a week or so after as well. We then rescued Scooby in July. Unfortunately Scooby was not a very healthy dog and had many many issues that we ultimately could not overcome. Dr. Seagal and the staff were amazing. They tried everything they could think of and when all else failed recommended a specialist to us to see if they missed anything. I have never seen a vet and a staff care so much and try so hard to get a dog better. Sadly Scooby's suffered from a congenital condition that cause him much pain and he had to be put down. Once again Dr Seagal and staff comforted us and handled everything to make it as easy as possible in such a tough situation. Now we rescued Kona from The Animal Foundation 2 months ago and once again out first trip was to Dr Seagal to make sure Kona was all good. With a clean bill of health and now fully up to date on all her shots Kona is a happy puppy who loves to hit the dog park 4-5 days a week.
The staff at West Charleston from the doctors to techs to support are friendly, professional and kind and do everything they can to take care of your pet to t he best of their abililty.
They have low cost vaccinations and really try to keep the price down for their customers. They will not perform any unnecessary procedures or give you meds you do not need.
If you have a pet, this is the vet you should see. You will not be disappointed.
