  • The subs are delicious. Unfortunately, the University Heights location is very poorly run. On numerous occasions, they have closed before their scheduled closing time even after we have confirmed the time by calling. On one occasion we called to check the closing time, told them we were going to call right back with an order and they failed to answer the phone well within the next few minutes. We gave also experienced very rude employees.
