I had the worst experience at the French Market Buffet, the waitress (Judy) told our table to "shut up and listen so I don't repeat myself" then she said the drinks they carry. I responded by asking her if she was in a bad mood? She said no why!! Then I said because you're being very rude to us. She stated I'm not being rude and said she will get someone else to serve us. Then I followed her and she was talking to the hostess Ana and they both were laughing, so I approached both of them and said I don't think it's funny. Ana responded and said "oh we are not laughing at you", I then said I needed to speak to management. I got to speak to the supervisor who had me and my friend write a report. We then were approached by the manager (Rhonda Turner) who I feel was very professional in handling such situation. I also want to state that the waiter they sent (Felipe) was very attentive and super polite. Kudos to them both!!!
I can't believe the bad service we received here and won't be returning. I still left a tip because Felipe gave us good service the remaining of the time.
One star as we waited 40 minutes for our drinks and the terrible experience from the first waitress Judy!!!!
