| - Very presentable place, an easy safe place to take guests to in Independence with a charming dining area. However, you could do much better in terms of Cleveland thai food. The pad thai was sufficient in the spice area and noodles were cooked well, but what I love most about pad thai, the burst of so many subtle flavors on the palate, was really undetectable. The tamarind, the fish sauce, the lime finish, were all either muted or completely absent, so the dish loses its irresistibility. the tom yum soup, one of my favorite classics, had a nice tart broth, but had a really weird bitter/spoiled aftertaste.
would stick with BAC next time.
