  • I do not recommend going to Dignity Health Arizona. My son's big toe looked infected and when I found out my son's pediatrician closed his doors unexpectedly I turned to Dignity Health so he could be evaluated before the weekend. He was taken back, toe looked at by their physician, and confirmed it looked infected. The doctor then prescribed an antibiotic that I would pick up at the pharmacy. NO OTHER TREATMENT OF ANY KIND WAS PERFORMED. I received a bill for $1476.00 with an explanation of "charges". When I called in to further inquire what the charges were for I was told "the level of care". I went through the proper channels to submit a dispute with the reasonable argument that the level of care charged was NOT the level of care provided and was offered only a 15% discount. Unacceptable. The physician's charges were $223.00, which I paid in full as reasonable. But $1476.00 charge is absolutely unreasonable, over billing and immoral. Do not feed these money hungry people. Seek urgent care elsewhere unless you want to throw away thousands of dollars. I am currently pursuing further action through the media to help with the investigation of these outrageous charges.
