| - The brief summary is, this dealership has always exceeded my wildest expectations. Everyone there makes things easy on the customer. To me a dealership is all about sales and service. Sales isn't just trying to put you in a car. It's a full package including support / service. As long as they keep it up, this is my dealership for life.
The more detail... my experience.
I'm on my second escalade with this dealership.
Sales: Go see Alix Ventre! He's extremely responsive over email, text, phone, smoke signals, or whatever method works for you. He goes the extra mile to make things happen. To say, "exceeds expectations," doesn't do this justice. He reached out to me about six months before my lease was up to ask for permission to pull my numbers to see if we could get me into a new one. That was extremely polite! Long story short, I was in a new ride within a week. Very painless.
Pricing: I compared this dealership to the one in Henderson for my 2014. The bottom line is the one in Henderson wanted 10% more in lease payment for the same vehicle. Told me that was as low as they could go. Obviously not. :) I don't try to nickel dime, but $100 / month is a significant difference. When I traded my 2014 on the 2016, I didn't even bother comparing.
Service: Always been tip top. Everything has always been communicated well and performed properly. I've always had a loaner car arranged in advance. I've always been in and out of the dealership very quickly. On my last service, when I arrived I asked about detailing options. They said the full detail would take longer but not to worry about the loaner car. Just bring it back when the detail is done. Wow! Excellent. I feared there might be hemming and hawing about the loaner car. Not a chance!!!
