  • I am so disappointed in the service Mercy Grace has provided my son and I. The office staff is extremely unprofessional specifically Amber. She is extremely rude and has an attitude every time I have called in asking a question concerning my son. I asked her if something was wrong because I felt that she was treating me very unprofessionally over the phone and she actually hung up on me. I called back to understand what had happened and she quickly talked over me telling me she had not hung up on me and that she could not help me. Mercy Grace, if you are wanting to maintain your 5 star rating on FB and google I suggest you seriously consider who you hire for your office staff. They are the face of your company. Because of the poor service I have received, I will unfortunately not be returning. I'd also appreciate if they would stop emailing me. It's clear they know I don't live near Gilbert anymore.
