  • They are the worst we were notified that they were not renewing the lease on a home we were renting. This was happening on December 31st. We had already made plans to be out of town over the holidays and asked to go month to month to have time to find and move into another home. They said this was not an option so we decided to move a month early. We paid the rent owed this also allowed for the house to be ready for sale earlier which was the reason given for not allowing for an extension. We received an e-mail stating we did a wonderful job and the house was immaculate upon return to them. They then waited 2 years and decided to sue us for the last month 1/2 of rent and the half month they gave us free on the front side of the rent. This in a situation where the house was sold for a $70,000 profit that was only owned for 18 months total. Predators is the only way I can describe them. I decided to dispute the claim in court and they submitted false paperwork that indicated they re-rented the property after they lease date not that it was sold. i never got my day in court because the judge ssaw it as contract law. i planned on showing that they midi-gated their damage by the sale of the home in a timely fashion. They however presented a false statement to the court.
