  • I use to like coming here. I would come early in the day, check-in and leave for the 1- 1 1/2 hour wait and check back in. Lately, it's been getting worse and today was the day that I am choosing to be completely done with this place. Checked-in at 1:05 PM. Came back at 2:10 PM. I was told by the receptionist that I am #10 in the system and it should be 10-15 minutes "according to my math." Guess what. It is 3 PM and I'm still waiting in the lobby!!!! 15 minutes ago I was told I was #4. I'm going into this massage with irritation and severe disappointment. No offense to the student therapist that will be seeing me, but a resort-quality massage will not reverse the frustration spent here. If you don't mind wasting your whole afternoon, then come here. Otherwise, there are other massage schools around that will set appointments, such as Arizona College and Carrington College. Also, if you like a certain therapist, you can request them at the other schools but not at ASMT.
