  • We are a regular customer and generally understand the risks of shopping at Indian places. We picked a container of Priyems Idli and Dosa batter mix just yesterday and didn't bother to check it by removing the lid. What a mistake. It turned out to be opened and only half-filled. It must have been a returned item or opened accidently when fell to floor and replaced on the shelf. I generally know Patel Brothers is very dishonest from past experience and we have to be careful of the items we shop there. I am not going to be driving 30 miles to make a return and it is going to be a complete waste of money. Please double check everything before you checkout including expiry dates.
